Australia Wide Delivery
Opulence Gifts Australia delivers luxury hampers Australia wide from our WA office, via Australia Post, as well as through local courier companies who have effective track and trace capabilities, amazing customer service and excellent delivery records.
We are happy to receive overseas orders on selected gift hampers and for tailor made gift hampers. If you would like any help in ordering for an overseas delivery, please email us at opulencegifts.com.auand we will respond to you as soon as possible.
The delivery fee depends on your gift selection and delivery location. A full range of delivery options and prices for the items in your trolley will be reflected in the payment information at checkout. If you are placing a large corporate order with numerous hampers, please contact us to confirm on delivery details.
All our deliveries are made from Monday to Friday between 9AM and 5PM. Overnight delivery within WA is possible but not guaranteed. We use Australia Post and other local courier companies. We cannot accept responsibility for deliveries not received the next day as this is beyond our control. It will normally take longer to deliver interstate, as well as to remote or rural locations within Australia.
If you are organising the hamper to be delivered to a residential address, please provide the recipient’s contact number when placing your order. We give our courier the authority to leave parcels, should the recipient not be home. This only happens when the courier deems it to be safe. If a successful delivery cannot be made, then our courier will leave a calling card for the recipient to collect the hamper from the recipient’s local post office.
We are happy to deliver to hospital inpatients. However, kindly call ahead to check with the hospital that the recipient will still be there when your hamper is delivered. Please also bear in mind that patients are sometimes discharged early and it may be better to deliver to a home address, in the event that the patient leaves the hospital before your gift hamper arrives. We may also require an alternative surname for maternity ward inpatients, in case they are checked in under their maiden name.
All of our gift hampers are delivered with a reliable and efficient courier service.
We always endeavour to have your gift hamper delivered as soon as possible, with a next business day dispatch. If your order is not delivered within your preferred delivery timeframe, we will be unable to cancel your order or credit your transaction. We trust our courier providers to deliver your gift hampers with upmost care and efficiency, without any unnecessary delays.
