Refunds & Returns

It is the responsibilty of the customer to inform Opulence Gifts Australia if a gift has not been received. Upon notification, we will follow up to ensure that the gift is delivered and received.

In the unfortunate event that a gift has been damaged through the delivery process, we will routinely replace the gift with a no fuss attitude. Please email us at info@opulencegifts.com.au to organise for a replacement gift hamper or for any damaged item(s) to be re-delivered.

Should you prefer not to have a replacement gift hamper or damaged item(s) re-delivered, we will refund the credit card used for the value of the total transaction or for the value of the damaged item(s). We are committed to ensuring that your transactions with Opulence Gifts Australia are processed with a zero fuss attitude and complete customer satisfaction.
